“I love lavender - both the color and the smell. And the sound (be quiet so you can hear it)” J. Kintz

This workshop is focused on Provence, the beautiful and scenic southeastern of France!

Provence is also well known for its “painter light”: the local color and mood have been seducing writers and artists like Chagall, Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne, and Vincent Van Gogh.

It’s a paradise for any visual artist: we can find flowers like poppies and sunflowers mixed with lavender fields, open-air markets, picturesque villages in the hills, olive groves, orchards of cherries, apricots, and figs, just to mention a few things.

During the first Episode we will paint Sunflowers, Lavenders, the Provence Olives and we will visit Lourmarin, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

I am spending my Summer in Provence, teaching, and painting so I would love to share my experience with you.

Let's travel to Southern France together and capture the Provence colors!
